Prices: All prices include VAT (at the current legal rate). We reserve the right to change, without notice, prices, sizes or any constant value in this catalog. It's possible that may be some small differences between the photo and the actual product, but we guarantee the product quality.
 
Payment and Shipping:
We accept payment by cash or MB in our shop, and bank transfer or Paypal online. Our IBAN for making a transfer is: PT50 0007 0000 0012 3258 1922 3 (Novo Banco). Please email proof of transfer via email if you choose to make a bank transfer.
 
Orders are sent immediately after we receive the receipt of payment. Orders are sent by CTT and registered. The delivery is made within 3 business days for mainland Portugal. Delivery time for Islands may be between 7 to 15 days.

If the package is undeliverable to the customer, the postman will leave a paper with the address of the closest post office and the package will be held for 6 days.
 
Packages that are picked up at the CTT (post office) should be opened and checked by the customer at the CTT, in the presence of an official employee, in case there is any damage to the contents. If the package is not opened in front of a CTT employee and later the client finds damage when opening at home, it will not be the responsibility of the CTT or The Great American Cake.
 
If there is a complaint of a broken or damaged product, it must be done in CTT office at the time of opening the package. The complaint must be filed with the CTT and then a copy sent to us.
