All you need to d to create an amazing cupcake topper with this set is roll out your fondant to a very thin layer, the press your chosen cutter into the fondant. Then grab this modelling tools and pass it on the edge of the modeling piece in order to remove the excess sugar paste.
To remove the finished topper from the cutter use a litle piece of the extra gum paste to help you, be very careful.
